Returns

At KiddiKrunch, we want you and your little ones to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 3 days from the date you received your order.  

To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• Be in the original packaging with all components included
• Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged, including:
• Items that have been used or washed
• Products with opened or damaged packaging
• Personalized or custom products
• Final sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will gladly arrange for:
• A replacement, or
• A full refund, including any shipping costs related to the return.

Please provide photos of the item and packaging when contacting our support team.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:
• Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Refunds typically take 7–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.  

If you paid using Cash on Delivery, the refund may be issued as store credit or bank transfer.
Return Shipping
• If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, KiddiKrunch will cover the return shipping costs.
• If the return is due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:
1. Return the original item following the return process.
2. Place a new order for the desired product.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
